Rates

Starting February 1, our hourly rates will be $60. We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing trust in our services as we strive to enhance your experience.


Partner Request System

We've revamped our partner request system to streamline communication. Submitting requests to support@beathallc.com will now trigger a confirmation email with a unique case number. This email will also contain a link to our new partner support portal, where you can track updates, leave comments, and view your request history starting from January 1, 2024.


To ensure seamless tracking of your requests, please send all communications to support@beathallc.com. Our messages and replies will now originate from support@beathallc.com, eliminating the need for "reply-all" and ensuring we efficiently capture your responses within our system. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work towards providing you with a more streamlined support experience.


Your first ticket created in our request system in 2024 will generate an account activation email. Activate your account through the link to access the partner support portal at support.beathallc.com. You cannot log into the portal until you have received the activation email. Please reach out if you are still waiting to receive notifications for active requests within the next few days or immediately if it's urgent.


Plugin Updates

Keeping plugins up-to-date is crucial for website security and functionality. Over the past few years, we've been delighted to provide plugin updates as a complimentary offering, part of our commitment to delivering exceptional value. However, due to the significant growth in our partners, we need to align this service with our standard hourly rate starting February 1. Most clients can anticipate an additional 15 minutes to one hour of billable hours generated monthly for plugin updating.


Knowledge Base

"But can we update plugins ourselves?" you ask. Yes, you can! Alongside our new ticketing system and support portal, we've launched a knowledge base with FAQs and procedures. We will publish articles on everything from website management to smart television Wi-Fi resets. The first articles focus on what you need to know for updating plugins, empowering you to handle it independently if desired. Exclusive Documentation

Our knowledge base, available at support.beathallc.com, will soon feature documentation specific to each partner organization's website. These articles will be accessible only to logged-in partners from the corresponding organizations. Articles include a rating system, providing a venue for your valuable feedback to build our documentation. We will reach out to each partner when their exclusive documentation is ready on the portal.
